Agape ATP shares declined in their first Nasdaq trading day after an uplisting from the pink sheets.
The stock was at $1.82 on Wednesday. The Malaysia-based company said Tuesday its offering of 1.65 million shares priced at $4 each, in line with the size and anticipated price mentioned in a Sept. 7 securities filing. Shares closed at $8 Tuesday.
Agape ATP’s products include nutritional supplements and skin care items. Its ATP Zeta Health Program “aims to promote improved health and longevity through a combination of modern medicine, proper nutrition and advice from skilled nutritionists and/or dieticians.”
