Tremor International Says It Isn’t in Sale Process

By Elena Vardon

Tremor International isn’t currently in a sales process, the company said on Monday in response to press reports.

Earlier in the day, Sky News reported, citing banking sources, that advertising technology group Teads–which is owned by Altice Group–has held talks with the London-listed advertising group about a potential combination.

“The board continues to believe in the stand-alone prospects of the business, and also recognizes its fiduciary duties to its shareholders,” Tremor said.

At 1539 GMT, Tremor shares are up 8 pence, or 5.1%, at 164 pence.
