Dow builds on November rally as stocks bounce back ahead of Thanksgiving holiday

U.S. stock indexes were higher late morning Wednesday as investors digested a batch of economic data which includes October durable-goods orders and consumer-sentiment index ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
